Jay Electronica is the truth
What the fuck is this?! New, GOOD hip hop (out of New Orleans no less). Man, I’m slippin. A lot of shit finds it’s way to my rotation and I’m not trying to start a rant here about the lack new good music, just trying to hip people to things I’m feelin when I can. I often like to take my time to listen (sheeeit, I didn’t hear Graduation til Friday… what up G?). I’ve been sitting on this say for a few weeks now, but it just finally got digested. Now, I really don’t know too much about this cat, but Jay Electronica is someone to watch for (affiliated with Erykah Badu, Just Blaze, J Dilla, Guilty Simpson – not that it matters, cause good music is good music so whatever). Not sure if these are from an actual release, a leak or a boot – it don’t matter, just listen, and pay attention.

this Jayelectronica cat is one of the illest MC’s i’ve heard in the last ten years i’m glad i stumbled upon some real mc’n unlike all the clown radio negro’s “superman” i’m forced to listen to when i turn on the radio its funny i heard three songs and dont know what kind of car her drive or how much money he has i dont even know if he like diamonds and hoes what kind of shit is he trying to pull off on the people ha ha!!!
